  • ABOUT ME

    broken image

I'm a Harvard Business School graduate who finds deep joy and purpose in helping others succeed in their careers. I taught leadership at MIT, led people development at the largest accelerator in the Philippines, was a consultant at Stanford GSB, and have worked with entrepreneurs across the globe. I now manage learning & development for 7,000+ employees at Grab, Southeast Asia's leading mobile tech company. I also write for Harvard Business Review about leadership and mental health, where my articles reach thousands of business and tech leaders.

After my MBA, I took my passion for helping others to the next level by pursuing my masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University. I am trained in mental health psychology, personal & professional development, personality, and behavior change. I love applying my knowledge of psychology into my work and everyday life.
